Photocopying Library Materials
A coin-operated copier is located on the first floor for your study and research use of library materials.

Interlibrary Loan Borrowing
You may request materials not available at the MEI Library by submitting a completed ILL request form to a circulation staff member.
You also can do this online on the MEI Library home page after entering your library account password.

Photocopying fees and postage will be partly charged to the requestor.
This service is only available to students, faculty, and staff of MIC and MGJC.

Purchase requests
You may request materials not available at MEI Library by forwarding a completed purchase request form to a circulation staff member.
You also can do this online on the MEI Library home page after entering your library account password.

This service is only available to students, faculty, and staff of MEI institutions.

Password Registration
After registration of your password, you can request materials and Interlibrary Loans,
reserve or recall materials currently on loan online.
The procedure is simple. Please ask a circulation staff member for details.
You can use online services the day after registration.

Reference Services
Reference services staff members are happy to assist you with varied inquiries and questions on your research, such as people, particular issues, records and locations of materials.
Also, feel free to ask for assistance from a circulation staff member when you wish to know more about our services.@

  1. Borrowing a library card that is not your own, or lending the materials you borrowed to someone, may cause trouble and is strictly prohibited.
  2. Please remain silent in the library.
  3. Eating, drinking and using cellular phones are prohibited.
  4. Do not damage library materials.
  5. Do not leave your belongings on a desk for a long time.
  6. Observe the date of return.
