For non-MEI users
All non-MEI users are requested to follow the prescribed procedure at the circulation desk when entering and leaving the library. The following people are eligible for Library privileges and regarded as “non-MEI users”.
(1) Residents of Miyazaki Prefecture.
(2) People employed in Miyazaki Prefecture.
(3) Faculty/Staff/Students of universities or colleges which are members of Miyazaki Academic Library Consortium.
(4) People who have been approved by the Library Director.
For Long-term Users
Please fill in “Application Form for Borrowing Privileges” and show your ID card which your address is printed and with photo at the circulation desk.

※Trial: You are able on try library materials in-house use (up to two times), and outside use only one time.
