Use of Materials Outside the Library
Borrowing Materials
Users wishing to borrow materials must make a request to the library staff on duty and follow the established procedures.

Library Card
Students

Your Student ID Card also acts as your library card.

If students lose or damage his/her student ID card(library card),please go to General Affairs of your school first.
Faculty & Staff Members

Please come to the library and apply for your library card.

If the user loses or damages his/her card and needs a new card,the user must pay the cost for re-issuance of a card
※ Please report changes of address or phone and cellular numbers to the circulation desk(library).
Returning Materials
Borrowed materials must be returned by the due date.

If materials have not been returned more than two weeks after the due date, an overdue fine will be charged.

Please use Book drop, which is located near the entrance outside, for your return when we are closed. In the case of using Book drop, the returning date will be the next date of library opening hours.
Loan Extensions
Users who wish to extend the loan period for materials must bring the items to the Library before the due date and undertake renewal procedures.

You may renew borrowed items up to two times, if there are no other requests for the items.
Hold on Circulating Materials
Users may place hold requests on circulating materials.

If materials placed on the Hold shelf have not been picked up within one week, the reservation becomes invalid.
Services through My Library
By completing the simple process of registering a password with the Library, you may also reserve library materials,
inquire about availability, request interlibrary loans and purchase of books and other materials.
Lost or damaged library materials
In cases where library materials are lost or damaged, come to the library counter as soon as possible.
Unauthorized Lending of Borrowed Materials
Materials that have been loaned to one person may not be given or loaned to anyone else.
Non-circulating Materials
The following materials may not be circulated outside the Library.

Reference materials (dictionaries, yearbooks, handbooks, maps, legal volumes)

Statistics and census materials

Current editions of serials

Depository materials

Materials on the New Books Shelf (on display for one week)
